Pizza Order Form- 1st Lunch
This order form is for students in Ms. Karen’s class, Ms. Amy’s class, and Mrs. K’s class only.
The Cottage is excited to offer Pizza Days again several times throughout the semester as a lunch option for your student(s)!
Important things to note:
Cost is $5.00 for two slices of Little Caesar’s pizza.
Please pack any additional lunch/snack items for your child(ren).
You must pre-order and pay the day before Pizza Day (list of Pizza Days below).
You may pre-order for as many days as you’d like; however, payments are non-refundable.
Once you pre-order, you will be redirected to the Venmo QR code to make your payment (Sorry, we no longer accept cash payments for pizza orders.).
IMPORTANT: If your order is not received by 5 pm the night before Pizza Day, your student’s order will not be included.
